Trash Swag Inc. will accept and deliver orders within the limits of available stock. As all of our products/merchandise is sourced from local and worldwide artisans/entrepreneurs stock may be limited and at times unavailable. In the event items are temporarily or permanently out of stock, our customer support team will notify you via email. If items are temporarily or permanently out of stock then you have the option of modifying or canceling your order with a full refund. In confirming your order with Trash Swag Inc., you accept full responsibility for general conditions of sale.
Delivery of products/merchandise will vary according to destination and type of delivery chosen during checkout. Trash Swag Inc. cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery. Delayed delivery does not warrant cancellation and will not give rise to any penalty nor indemnity.
All available products/merchandise ordered and purchased will ship after 1-3 business days, unless otherwise noted during the checkout procedure. Trash Swag Inc. primarily ships all products/merchandise via United States Postal Service. After leaving our shop, USPS typically delivers in 2-5 business days. After each purchase, you will receive an email confirmation for order and a separate email notification once your package has been sent indicating a specialized tracking number. Trash Swag Inc. WILL NOT ship to PO Boxes in the United States nor Canada. If your order has been placed on Saturday it will be processed on Monday.
Shipping charges will apply to all International Orders unless stated otherwise in product description/advertisements. The buyer is 100% responsible for all taxes/fees charged by Customs. We the seller (Trash Swag Inc.) are not responsible for custom charges/fees. International orders can take up to 4-6 weeks to arrive once the package(s) is sent due to each country’s unique customs laws and processes. Trash Swag Inc., has no control over this process. Please note that Trash Swag Inc., cannot be held responsible for any (non-tracked) lost or delayed packages, however we try our best to resolve any issues with the chosen carrier.
Note: Once an order has been placed the shipping option cannot be modified. All orders will be shipped to the address provided during the checkout process.
Let’s face it these things happen! If you receive a damaged product/item, please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will gladly replace, credit, or refund any damaged goods, provided they are reported within 24hrs of delivered timestamp and within original packaging.
Please provide a detail description, photos of the product in which it was received, and order number for quicker validation and order turn around.
Unless stated otherwise you the buyer are responsible for return shipping fee’s. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you have received a refund, the cost for return shipping may be applied and deducted from your refund.
Again, depending on shipping method used and location it may take 5-7 business days for an exchanged product to reach you in the United States, 8-10 business days for Canada, and 4-6 weeks for International exchanges.
It is advised that all customers use a trackable shipping service or insurance when shipping. If you cannot track your package for return/exchange we cannot guarantee we will receive it and therefore the buyer will take full responsibility.
