We get it! It’s a crazy world and that’s why here at Trash Swag Inc. we want to make sure that every experience is a great one, so feel free to contact us here with all questions and 
We will try to respond 24-48hrs from the time your email has been received. 



Trash Swag Inc. will accept and deliver orders within the limits of available stock. As all of our products/merchandise is sourced from local and worldwide artisans/entrepreneurs stock may be limited and at times unavailable. In the event items are temporarily or permanently out of stock, our customer support team will notify you via email. If items are temporarily or permanently out of stock then you have the option of modifying or canceling your order with a full refund. In confirming your order with Trash Swag Inc., you accept full responsibility for general conditions of sale.



Delivery of products/merchandise will vary according to destination and type of delivery chosen during checkout. Trash Swag Inc. cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery. Delayed delivery does not warrant cancellation and will not give rise to any penalty nor indemnity.


Online Order Cancellations

All orders can be cancelled within 24hrs after placement for a full refund. Most orders will ship second day unless specified. 

If your order shipped same day then please follow the guidelines for returning the merchandise undamaged. If cancellation falls within the 24hr timestamp customer will be charged for outgoing shipping costs incurred due to cancellation. 


Returns or Exchanges

Didn’t workout? No problem! Just let us know how we can help and we will make sure you are as cool as a summer breeze. 

Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.

Please Note: Specialty Tee’s and On Sale items can only be exchanged for online store credit, no exceptions. 

Depending on the shipping method used extra time may occur in the increments of 2-3 weeks to process your order. Please make sure all returned merchandise is accompanied by the original packing slip for timely returns/exchanges. Merchandise should be in its original condition (unused and free from defects).


Refund Process

All refunds will be credited once merchandise has been received.

All refunds will be processed in the original payment method and could take up to 3 -5 business days to be processed and reflected on your credit card, PayPal, or apple pay account.

Damaged Products

Let’s face it these things happen! If you receive a damaged product/item, please contact us immediately at We will gladly replace, credit, or refund any damaged goods, provided they are reported within 24hrs of delivered timestamp and within original packaging.

 Please provide a detail description, photos of the product in which it was received, and order number for quicker validation and order turn around.
